Killing Us Softly

The movie we've been watching in class, Killing Us Softly, I've enjoyed. I agree a lot with what the woman has to say about how the media portrays women and men. I think women get a lot more crap about body image and their role in the house. Women I feel are more of a target than men. So overall I enjoyed the video and think that it helped the boys in our class get a look at the pressures we face from the media as women.

I also agree with what she's been saying and your blog is so true. Ever since seeing this documentary, I've noticed this kind of thing more and more with men and women in advertisments.

Yes, it's very true women are targeted more severly than men. I never knew how bad you had it =[

I also agree with you and I also thought the video was very interesting and she makes some very valid points. I also think that women are viewed as targets and objects for our culture and men. I really enjoyed your blog!

very very true.

I liked the movie, and the speaker made many good points, but I also think she went a little too far as to looking into things.
But yes, overall it was a good presentation :)
